Custom Silk-screen:
 

Silk-screen is used for team names/logos where the surface is flat and the wording is identical on all products. Mainly used on basketball uniforms, volleyball uniforms, football uniforms, sports bags, polos and t-shirts.



Printing cost to add to each piece 8 - 36 pieces 37 - 72 pieces over 72 pieces
1 color $3.00 $2.50 $2.25
2 color $6.00 $4.75 $4.25

    • One time screen print preparation - $25 per color
    • Screens will be saved for one year, reset fee and color change fee - $18 per color
    • Maximum design size 12" X 12"
    • Minimum quantity is eight pieces.  Less than eight pieces must pay for eight pieces.
    • Jackets and bags are one color only and add $1.00 to above price.



Thermo Film Numbers or Letters:
 

Thermo Film is a method of applying numbers and letters to product where the information being applied is different for each piece. Thermo Film has a similar look to silk-screening and used on similar types of product.
